How Metered Pricing Works
DocLoq pricing is based on two metered dimensions, each with monthly quotas included in every tier.
Traffic
All egress data from DocLoq to your web app or client when documents are delivered. This includes all data transferred when documents are viewed, downloaded, or streamed.
Document Processing
Every document retrieved through DocLoq counts as one processed document. This covers resource-intensive operations such as watermarking and PDF protection. Charged for all retrievals, including original downloads and cached views, even if no watermark or protection is applied.
Collaboration Pricing
When documents are accessed via collaboration, they are served directly from the consuming tenant, bypassing normal document delivery measurement. Document opens via collaboration count with a factor of 0.5 toward Document Processing usage.
